Pop up shops have been, well, popping up for some time in Melbourne but until now we haven’t seen one quite like the latest addition to this trend. Following on from the success of last summer’s temporary store Limedrop have launched their second pop up experience: The Greenhouse. Situated at the top of Melbourne Central (take the Lonsdale Street entrance and ride the escalators all the way up) is their most eye catching space to date. Like a floating glass haven of fashion (whoa!) the striking Greenhouse is filled not just with plants but the full range from their most recent collection Far From Home. Apologies for the coming pun but one does feel far from home when they step into this surprising space. The natural tones of the collection perfectly compliment it’s new found retreat and Limedrop’s earth inspired aesthetic suits the indoor-outdoor mood to a tee. Get in quick sticks, because it wont be popping up for long!
