When I found out that black was technically a shade and not a colour it made the question, “What’s your favourite colour?” all the harder to answer. That said, the question, “What’s your favourite shade?” became considerably easier. Now, I don’t want your thinking boxes pondering the colloquial Melbourne catch phrase, “all we wear is black” because as far as I can tell most people from anywhere also wear black! So let’s all join forces in our monochromatic harmony (and raise our voices in an AC/DC roar) to celebrate some new stock at Comeback Kid and some discounted black delights! Below:

Today’s F.L.I.P. is a personal F.L.I.P. It’s a family F.L.I.P. It’s the reason why I know a variety of random facts that entertain you when we go out for beer and parma. My Mum is an Australian historian and this is a snapshot of the interesting books she’s been collecting over the years. I hope you’ll giggle as much as I did upon reviewing her bookcase and the below titles (apologies for the painfully low resolution images):

Comeback Kid crawled out of bed bright and early this morning for a photo shoot with two up and coming fashion superstars to get some snaps of our awesome spring summer gear.
The crazy talented Jamie Wdziekonski was our photographer and stylist. He was joined by the “how could someone be that good looking” Mr Ash Roussety as our model and all round friendly guy.
